How does it work?

 

Delivery options:

- Our products are shipped via Trunkrs:

Orders placed before 11:59 p.m. will be delivered the next evening

Trunkrs delivers orders to home addresses Monday through Friday between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

-Post NL Pickup Point:

It is also possible to have your package delivered to a Post NL pick-up point. This is done via PostNL. If you choose this delivery option, your package will be ready at your nearest PostNL service point after 4 p.m. With this option, you can decide for yourself at what time of day you want to pick up your package. It is important that you pick it up on the same day so that your order does not thaw.

-Pick up at our location (Echt Midden Limburg)

 You can also choose to have your order delivered to one of our locations in Echt Midden Limburg. You will receive a message via WhatsApp when your order is ready.

 

Track & Trace:

With the exception of collection from our own collection point, you will receive a Track & Trace code with your order for all of the above delivery options. This means you will always know when to expect your package.
